Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse Service
Grand Graffiti reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity, inappropriate or offensive content, or unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material.
Custom Orders & Final Approval
All custom logo merchandise requires customer approval prior to production. A mockup will be provided when applicable. Customers are responsible for reviewing all details, including spelling, design placement, colors, and sizing.
Once final approval is given, the order is considered confirmed. Grand Graffiti is not responsible for any errors approved by the customer.
Customer Responsibility for Artwork
By submitting logos, images, or designs, the customer confirms they have full legal rights to use and reproduce the content. Grand Graffiti is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement.
Payments & Production
Orders will not enter production until payment is received in full. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and product availability.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of a production defect or error made by Grand Graffiti.
Color & Product Variations
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, and printing processes. Minor variations do not qualify as defects.
Shipping Disclaimer
Grand Graffiti is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Shipping insurance is recommended when available.
Revisions & Design Changes
Mockups include a limited number of revisions. Additional changes may incur a design fee.
Abandoned Orders
Orders that are not approved within a reasonable timeframe may be delayed or canceled.
Marketing & Portfolio Use
Grand Graffiti reserves the right to photograph and use completed products for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
